The hotel had an amazing pool view, but we had to change rooms due to cleanliness issues. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels, although they were small and dingy. The fridge didn't keep our water cold. The service was great overall, except for an aggressive manager during a late check-out inquiry. The location was nice and close to everything, with some issues like mold and air conditioning problems. The dining experience had few options and long queues for breakfast. The facilities were adequate, but with room for improvement in managing the dining area.
The hotel rooms were really nice, but the cleanliness was shocking, and we had to change rooms due to dirtiness. The fridge didn't keep water cold, and by check-out at 12 pm, the issue remained unresolved. The staff was mostly friendly, with the exception of a rude manager demanding extra charges for a late check-out. The location was excellent, close to amenities and with friendly staff. The dining experience was very limited with long queues for breakfast. Facilities were satisfactory with some issues.
